Darren Rapp joins as Global Senior Business Manager

We're delighted to welcome Darren Rapp as our new Global Senior Business Manager, taking Sphere’s headcount to 50 people in under 5 years.

With a wealth of industry and recruitment experience, Darren will be responsible for leading the growth of our Creative Services team, developing their customer relationships and sourcing senior level creative talent in the UK and Internationally.

On the move to Sphere, Darren said, ‘Sphere Digital is an incredible business with an outstanding reputation for their integrity and understanding of digital talent. This is why I’ve jumped at the opportunity to work with Ed, Niall and their award-winning team.

Darren joins at a time when we're growing not only in number but also in terms of reach with the first half of 2017 proving hugely successful. We've seen our International operation get some fantastic results and have worked hard to provide even more value to our candidates and customers, specifically with the launch of our salary survey.
