Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity - our charity for the year

We are delighted to announce that we have chosen Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity as our chosen charity for the year.

Supporting fantastic causes is something we hold dear as a business and we’re proud to support such an incredible charity that does so much to provide expert care and support to children and young people with serious illnesses, and their families.

We give the whole Sphere team the opportunity to choose their charity for the year and Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity was an overwhelming choice this year due to the amazing work they do day in day out.

Earlier this month we had the wonderful team in from the charity to tell us all more about the great work they do.

Sphere’s charity team have begun work on some exciting fundraising ideas involving our teams and wider networks as well, such as sky diving, The 3 Peaks Challenge, half marathons and of course putting on our trusty bake sales!

We can’t wait to get started on making a real impact for the charity to achieve their vision and ensure that every seriously ill child and young person has a specialist nurse and receives equal access to and the best quality care.
