Sphere Digital Recruitment are delighted to announce that we have acquired Jasper Rose, a leading recruitment agency specialising in accountancy and finance roles within the consumer, luxury, retail, FMCG, leisure, hospitality, and media industries.

A Partnership Built on Years of Collaboration

Sphere and Jasper Rose have worked closely together for many years, serving a shared customer base, office in 2021 and NED for several years. With this acquisition, we are thrilled to officially join forces, combining our expertise and resources to expand the services we offer to our valued customers.

Jasper Rose has built a remarkable reputation for its work placing top-tier accountancy and finance talent across these specialist sectors. Their expertise aligns perfectly with Sphere’s mission of providing exceptional recruitment services to businesses operating in consumer-facing markets.  As Sphere expand in the UK, Europe and North America Jasper Rose also paves the way to expand Sphere’s contract business, which has been growing at pace in their existing business.

Rosie O’Callaghan, the founder of Jasper Rose, will continue to lead the team as their Managing Director while also taking on the role of Director at Sphere Digital Recruitment. Rosie’s leadership and passion for the business have been key to Jasper Rose’s success, and we are delighted that she will be staying on to guide the continued growth of the brand within the Sphere Digital Recruitment Group.

The integration of Jasper Rose into the Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is an important milestone, complementing Sphere's recent expansion into the US market in 2022. We are also excited to welcome Samantha O’Neil, one of Sphere’s longest-standing employees and top-performing consultants, as she transitions into her new role as Associate Director at Jasper Rose. Sam will focus on recruiting Part Qualified Accountants, as a part of Jasper Rose’s team.
