Job Description

The world's largest affiliate marketing platform are seeking an experienced Account Director to join them in their Paris office.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of clients and delivering strategic plans for clients.

Both a strategist and an operational player, you master negotiation techniques and the fundamentals of client relationship management.

You will manage a team of 5 to 6 talents from junior to senior account managers.

Fluent in French and English are both mandatory for this role.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Identity and anticipate client's needs
  • Understand the clients 'strategic challenges and elaborate innovative and relevant business recommendations
  • Maximise the revenue of your portfolio of clients
  • Manage and develop the relationships with your clients
  • Participation from time to time to business pitches
  • Be responsible for monitoring projects of and ensuring their success
  • Prepare business reviews on the performance of your client's portfolio
  • On-board, oversee and support your team members
  • Actively participate to your team development by supporting in upskilling them and guide them to gain autonomy and seniority in their position
  • Communicate effectively, clearly and in an ambitious way to your team members their objectives
  • Participate to the recruitment of new team members and to the year-end review and development plans of your team members

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of successful experiences in affiliate marketing, performance digital industry
  • A first successful experience in team management is required
  • You have an excellent negotiation skill and a convincing commercial track record
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and 100% at ease to drive meetings and make high quality presentations
  • You have the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and to be a good listener and empathetic
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
  • Committed and willing to work as a team, you are problem-solving oriented
  • Dynamic and proactive
  • Fluent in French and English: mandatory
  • Proficiency with CRM (i.e SalesForce) Microsoft Office tools & applications (ex: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
