£35,000 - £40,000 + OTE

A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding UK team! With a growing presence in the UK and an impressive roster of clients, including well-known brands in automotive, media, sports, and healthcare, this is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation for some of the UK's most respected organisations.

As an Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of medium-sized customer accounts, ensuring their success and growth through renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells. You'll build long-term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and support your clients in maximising the value they receive from a suite of innovative SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive customer growth, satisfaction, and retention within your assigned portfolio of SMB accounts.

  • Identify and seize opportunities for business development through up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively manage risk to safeguard customer growth, satisfaction, and renewals.

  • Foster a collaborative 3-way relationship between clients, their implementation partners, and the business.

  • Leverage solution-selling techniques to meet client needs and help them realise the full value of their technology investment.

  • Regularly engage clients through meetings and business reviews to strengthen relationships.

  • Track key metrics (renewals, upgrades, pipeline) and forecast customer growth accurately.

  • Build a network of referenceable customer contacts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business development experience in SaaS or software, including at least 2 years in Account Management with medium-sized companies.

  • Experience selling SaaS products such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, and HRMS is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrable success in growing business from existing accounts and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships remotely.

  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools for process management and reporting.
