The Role
As Account Manager, you will be sitting within the Client Services team of the agency, playing a vital role in providing exceptional service across the agency's client portfolio as well as consulting your clients on social best practice and content ideation.
- Collaborating with the Content team on briefs and planning as needed
- Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
- Overseeing project delivery from start to finish
- Ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
- Managing budgets for multi-platform campaigns
- Meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining professionalism
About You
- 2 years of experience in a social media agency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis
- Creative approach to projects
- Passion for contemporary culture and social media trends
