Account Manager/Director - Ad Tech - up to £55K + bonus!

The Company

Our client is a pioneering digital advertising company that specializes in programmatic solutions. They partner with leading advertisers and publishers to deliver innovative, data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including mobile and in-app environments. With a strong global presence, they are committed to providing privacy-focused and high-performing ad solutions that drive measurable results.

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Account Management Director to lead key demand-side partnerships and drive long-term success for their clients in the programmatic advertising space.

The Job

As an Account Management Director, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key demand partners, ensuring strategic account growth and success.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, managing day-to-day interactions and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize account performance, resolve challenges, and enhance partner success.

  • Lead strategic client meetings and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client goals, providing consultative guidance to maximize their investment in programmatic advertising.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Supply teams to ensure seamless integration and a best-in-class partner experience.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

You

  • 5+ years of experience in account management within programmatic advertising

  • In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, ad exchanges, and mobile-based advertising platforms.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term solutions and execute data-driven initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead high-level discussions and influence decision-making.
