A fast-growing AdTech company (DSP + SSP) is seeking a hands-on, results-driven B2B Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale demand generation efforts targeting media buyers, advertisers, and agencies. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands that marketing's core function is to drive revenue-someone who can move quickly, execute across multiple channels, and directly support sales pipeline growth.
Day-to-day will include a mix of event strategy and execution, paid campaign management (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, retargeting), sales enablement content, deck building, and blog/editorial planning. The right candidate will bring prior experience from a DSP, AdTech, or MarTech environment, and be comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced startup. Strong execution, creative problem-solving, and a bias for action are key. Hybrid role, 4 days/week onsite in Midtown NYC. Compensation ranges from $125-175K, based on experience.
