Business Development Representative - AI SaaS Scale-Up

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in-office)

Salary: £35k - £45k + Bonus + Benefits

We are excited to be working with one of the UK's most innovative AI SaaS scale-ups! Our client is transforming the way businesses turn data into commercial insights. Their cutting-edge data platform empowers organisations like Moonpig and Huel to build and manage their data pipelines with ease. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team and help drive further growth.

The Role

As a BDR, you'll be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts, identifying and engaging new business opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with prospective clients, supporting the sales team, and driving revenue growth. If you're proactive, results-driven, and eager to develop your career in SaaS sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Represent our client with professionalism, ensuring a positive brand experience for prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • 1 years + experience as an BDR or SDR
