Responsibilities

- Own and grow Agency's strategy product and offering by revising and implementing new vision when needed.
- Execute to clients alongside digital and planning leads.
- Leading all existing client portfolio revenue and new client acquisition.
- Represent Agency nationwide working hand in hand with CEO and COO.
- Visionary leadership with the ability to set clear direction for senior reports and translate plans into focused, manageable goals for the team
- Build and lead teams through transformation both internal teams and agency partners ensuring complementary organizational structures and operating models.

Requirements

- 13+ years of experience within a media, performance or creative agency in a high leadership role.
- Experience in client acquisition preferably in multiple industries.
- Experience in managing and growing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to optimize existing processes and offering and implementing new ways of setting agency up for client success.
- Excellent understanding of best media and advertising practices.
- Second-to-none verbal and communication skills.
