Role Overview:
As Client Success Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and activation of our client's platform across enterprise clients. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep engagement with client teams to drive value realisation and ensure that AI insights lead to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in enterprise software deployment, AI-driven analytics, and data-driven decision-making, particularly within the retail or data-rich sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Success: Act as the primary strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
- Implementation & Activation: Collaborate closely with client teams to integrate the platform into their business operations, overseeing data onboarding, AI model training, and platform configuration.
- Driving Adoption & Value Realisation: Develop success roadmaps, monitor platform adoption, and deliver executive-level reporting to ensure continued client engagement and measurable business impact.
- Internal Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Partner with internal teams to refine the platform, providing insights from clients and staying ahead of industry trends in AI and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years in Client Success, Consulting, or Account Management within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale software implementations, ideally within Retail, Financial Services, or Enterprise Analytics.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Extensive experience working with first-party data, including CRM, customer transactions, and loyalty programs.
- Expertise in navigating complex enterprise environments and managing multiple stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and Data functions.
