An exciting opportunity has arisen with a major healthcare client in New York, for an experienced UX Analyst to lead a large-scale website re-design project.

  • Location: New York
  • On-site Requirement: 2 days a week in the office
  • Contract Length: 6 weeks initially, with potential to extend
  • Day to Day: 3 day a week role
  • Start Date: 2nd week of December
  • Rate: $60per hour

As the UXArchiect, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimising complex IA for a multi-level healthcare website, addressing large-scale navigation and content challenges.
  • Conducting user research, card sorting, and tree testing, gathering insights through user interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Evaluating existing architecture and synthesising data to guide IA improvements and UX strategies.
  • Partnering closely with Product, Senior UX Designers, and the Strategy team to translate IA insights into actionable UX recommendations.
  • Using Figma, client tools, AI, and UX testing platforms to execute client-specific requirements and logistics.

You should have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Information Architecture, ideally in large-scale websites or digital platforms within the healthcare sector.
  • A strong familiarity with healthcare's unique IA requirements, including experience with tagging strategies and UX testing.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other UX tools, with advanced tagging expertise for usability.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret complex data and feedback to create user-centric IA and UX strategies.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
