My Client is a leading Creative Agency & they are looking for a Social Account Director to support them on one of their largest clients.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering social and paid content, along with independently managing that content in collaboration with the client. While familiarity with social publishing tools like Sprinklr is preferred, it is not mandatory. You will collaborate closely with internal creative teams, external media teams, and the client as a trusted, highly organized partner.

The Role

  • Lead social and paid content projects, providing clear direction, overseeing quality, and ensuring strategic alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate on both short-term project briefs and long-term brand/marketing planning, supporting the Business Director.
  • Build strong client relationships, manage communications, and exceed expectations while ensuring profitability and identifying new opportunities.
  • Drive impactful creative work with internal teams, refocusing efforts as needed with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain expertise in social media, paid content production, and data-led initiatives, while mentoring and motivating the team to achieve client satisfaction.

You

  • Strong creative planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, provide solutions, and enhance creative output through smart strategies.
  • Passionate about creativity and staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovative technologies.
  • Proven experience in delivering content across various social platforms, with expertise in best practices for social and paid channels.
  • Deep understanding of the client's business and market.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring effective delivery.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to ensure high-quality output and meet deadlines.
  • Competent in coaching and developing team members.
  • Experience in creating social content, CRM campaigns, digital design, creative adaptation, and understanding production costs.
  • Knowledge of the importance of data in driving social and CRM campaign success.
