Freelance Social Media Manager
£300-£350 per day, outside IR35 (depending on experience)
2 month contract (potential to extend till EOY)
3 days per week in the London office (full time)
Overview
My client is looking for a Social Media Manager to support them on their newly acquired Consumer Tech client.
You will be reporting into the Head of Social
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging social media captions and post content across platforms.
- Social Media Strategy: Support content planning and execution to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with executives who handle community management (no direct community management required).
- Team Expansion: Assist with scaling the social team - three additional SMM hires are incoming.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience working outside IR35 contracts is preferred.
- Availability to start early next week.
Contract Details
- Rate: £300-£350 per day (Outside IR35).
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days in-office (Bishopsgate, London).
- Duration: Contract expected to run until April (extension possible).
- Hiring Process: Ideally one interview round, possibly two.
