CRM Marketing Manager wanted for global finance business
Sphere Digital Recruitment have a long standing partnership with a global finance business, who own a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients who trade across various industries.
The role:
- Working across multi-channel CRM campaigns - email, SMS, push and more
- Executing CRM campaigns end to end
- Work on the technical CRM, using data and analytics for customer segmentation to enhance customer experience by making it unique to the individual based on their preferences.
You
* Previous experience executing mutli channel CRM campaigns - especially email
* Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM tools
* Excellent communicator who is happy to work cross functionally with different stakeholders, and together with their centralised London team
