Customer Success Lead - Omnichannel DSP - $120,000 - $130,000 base plus bonus! Total comp $160,000 - Hybrid Dallas

The Company

Leading Omnichannel Programmatic DSP within the Ad Tech industry for brands and agencies! They are working with clients such as Disney, Mcdonalds, Starbucks and more! They are looking for a Customer Success lead who wants to take charge of a small team between 3 / 5 while managing their own book of business!

The Job

  • Managing a team of 3 - 5 Customer Success Managers as well as holding your own book of Enterprise level accounts
  • Provide support during and after campaign set up as well as providing optimization recommendations and post campaign reporting
  • Serve as the product expert to clients when providing support
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and understand all aspects of the programmatic landscape
  • This role is Hybrid 2 days a week in Dallas


You

  • At least 4 years experience in Customer success or Account Management with 1 - 2 year of managing or mentoring a team
  • Previous experience working at a DSP, SSP or Ad Tech Vendor is required
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and Verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of the Programmatic Landscape
  • The Ambition to grow and lead a skilled Customer Success Team
