Customer Success Manager- AI Powered Programmatic Platform - $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus
The Job
My Client is an incredible Ad Tech start-up of 35 people across North America after only being founded 4 years ago. They are already profitable and grew by 35% last year alone and have amazing partnerships with the likes of The Trade Desk and Liveramp! They are currently working with some of the leading agency's globally as well as clients direct! With an amazing name in the market already and a rapidly growing team there is no better time to join!
They are looking for an experienced CSM to join the team and head up some of their enterprise accounts! This candidate must have amazing knowledge of the programmatic space as well as managing client accounts.
The Role
- Managing and building relationships with enterprise accounts including agency's and clients direct
- Managing the set up, monitoring and reporting of programmatic campaigns for clients
- Working at the forefront of the AI and ad Tech space!
- Contribute in shaping the product roadmap and embracing new challenges and changes in this start up environment
- Managing fast paced tasks as they come and being able to think on your feet in the process
You
- 5-7 years experience in programmatic advertising within an ad tech! (start up experience preferred)
- Hands on experience in the Trade Desk, DV360 as well as SSP's and other programmatic tools preferred
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Are Tech Savvy and have experience with Programmatic Auction dynamics and Ad Serving platforms
- Previous experience managing client accounts from both a Client facing standpoint and technical!
