Salary £55k - £70k + Bonus & Benefits (DOE)

Sphere Digital Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing Machine Learning Tech company within Google Shopping. After another round of funding and securing some huge retailers to their client list, they are transforming the Shoppable Ad space with their AI-driven solutions. As they continue to expand, they're looking for someone with experience in PMAX to join their Customer Success team and help brands unlock the full potential of PMAX campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Provide initial and ongoing training to help clients maximize their success
• Assist with implementation and ensure clients use the platform effectively
• Offer technical support and provide best practice recommendations for digital marketing success
• Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and ensure long-term success
• Understand client business goals and proactively identify solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: product, sales, and technical specialists, to drive innovation
• Be proactive in problem-solving and finding ways to help clients succeed
• Ensure client expectations are exceeded at every step of the journey

Who We're Looking For

• Some either from a Media Agency or Tech Vendor
• Proven expertise in Google Performance Max (PMAX) and paid media strategies
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Google Ads or Google Skillshop Certification is a big plus
• A passion for helping brands succeed through innovative ad strategies.
