Customer Success Manager - AI Martech / Ecommerce
Salary: £45k to £55k + Bonus

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of driving success for my client's most important customers. You'll help businesses unlock the full potential of innovative solutions, while staying at the forefront of AI-driven advancements. We're seeking someone who embodies the following:

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and experience the full value of the solutions provided. You will report to the Head of Customer Success, a leader dedicated to building strong partnerships and ensuring my client is a trusted advisor in the AI space. Responsibilities
- Maximise the business impact of my client's solutions, guiding customers through the AI capabilities and benefits.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Success and leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.
- Own customer interactions, ensuring value is consistently delivered at every stage of the journey.
- Drive onboarding processes for new clients, conducting informative sessions that set them up for success.
- Advocate on behalf of your clients internally, ensuring their feedback influences Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, manage client renewals, and forecast with accuracy.
- Bring your creativity to the table, contributing fresh ideas to help evolve the customer success function.
About You
- 3 years + of experience in Customer Success.
- A proven track record working with major retailers and eCommerce businesses.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive client results.
- You're passionate about new technology and thrive in an environment focused on innovation.
- A proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate risks and reduce churn.
