Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in customer success with a dynamic and innovative eCommerce solutions provider? My client, a leader in eCommerce integration consulting and support, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic relationship building and expert management.
Role:
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients at both executive and operational levels.
- Drive customer adoption of products and services, optimizing accounts for success.
- Network with clients to identify new contacts and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to engage strong prospects.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Cultivate relationships with platform partners (e.g., Salesforce, Magento) to ensure exceptional service.
- Conduct financial modeling to support contract renewals and onboarding.
- Analyze client account profitability and set revenue targets with the VP.
- Bridge internal technical teams and clients to create development roadmaps and drive revenue.
- Use market trends and knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage client expectations and deliver solutions that meet their needs and benefit the company.
- Lead Quarterly Business Review processes to expand service offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in eCommerce and understanding of the full technology spectrum.
- Solid knowledge of eCommerce payments technologies
- Familiarity with eCommerce integrations (plug-ins, cartridges)
- Experience in client support, project management, or service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and customer success focus.
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Team player, self-motivated, and flexible.
