DCO Activation Director - Global Agency - $100,000 to $140,000 a year + Full Benefits - HYBRID IN NYC - 2x a week in office
The Company

Responsibilities:
- Owning the activation of DCO campaigns in multiple channels.
- Consult with client's leadership on DCO strategy and campaigns.
- Manage a team of ad ops managers and entry level executives, delegate workflow and be responsible for their development.
- Onboard new clients on DCO platforms.
- Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on a daily basis via meetings and reports.
Requirements:
- 4 years minimum of strong Ad Ops or Programmatic experience (Must know the DCO space)
- 1 year experience with managing a team with strong leadership skills.
- Strong Analytical and Excel experience.
- Working knowledge of DCO providers and platforms such as Flashtalking, Innovid, Adform and more!
- Strong understanding of the AdTech and Digital media environments, vocabulary and platforms.
- Team player and doer mentality.
- Must live and be authorized to work in the US.
