Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Delivery Director to oversee and drive success across My clientr's four core team areas: platform implementation, platform operations for live clients, platform development, and ad hoc project delivery. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technical and operational efforts with client needs, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and financial performance.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams, balancing client expectations, and building scalable processes to support growth as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Lead and manage the delivery of My clientr's four key team areas:
1.Platform Implementation Team: Oversee the rollout of SaaS platforms for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with client requirements.
2. Platform Operations Team: Ensure robust support and operational excellence for live clients, addressing issues proactively and delivering continuous value.
3.Platform Development Team: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and technical upgrades to the platform.
4.Ad Hoc Project Team: Manage one-off client requests, pilots, or bespoke initiatives to support strategic business goals.
Establish scalable structures and processes to support the growth and alignment of these teams with My clientr's overall objectives.
Operational Execution
*Develop and maintain efficient delivery frameworks for platform implementations, ongoing operations, and development.
*Oversee resource planning and allocation across all team areas, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
*Essential Skills and Experience
*Extensive experience managing complex SaaS projects, with a focus on platform delivery and operations.
*Proven ability to manage the implementation, operation, and evolution of SaaS platforms across multiple clients.
*Strong understanding of resource planning, budget management, and tracking financial performance (including burn rates).
*Expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with experience driving efficient software development lifecycles.
*Excellent client management skills, with a track record of ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
Client and Stakeholder Management
*Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on platform expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
*Collaborate closely with clients to tailor platform solutions to their evolving business needs and secure long-term satisfaction.
*Provide regular updates and detailed reporting on the status of team initiatives, including implementations, operations, and development projects.
Team Leadership and Development
*Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, and client success, to deliver high-quality solutions.
*Create opportunities for team members to develop their skills and expertise through mentorship and training.
*Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the teams.
Resource and Financial Management
*Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet the demands of team initiatives, including platform implementations, operations, and development projects.
*Track and manage financial metrics, including burn rates and project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
*Prepare forecasts and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
*Extensive experience managing complex SaaS projects, with a focus on platform delivery and operations.
*Proven ability to manage the implementation, operation, and evolution of SaaS platforms across multiple clients.
*Strong understanding of resource planning, budget management, and tracking financial performance (including burn rates).

Preferred Qualifications
*Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
*Professional certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
*Familiarity with data-driven solutions, AI, or machine learning technologies.
- Experience working with Cloud Computing, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools and data visualisation tools.
