Digital Planning Manager- Independent Media Agency

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Media Manager (Planning) to join our fast-growing, full-service agency. In this role, you will drive strategic media planning across major campaigns, collaborating with both internal teams and high-profile clients to deliver effective and innovative media solutions. You'll be responsible for leading the media planning process, from brief to execution, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage media planning for high-profile clients, ensuring strategies that meet campaign objectives.
• Stay current with media channel developments and innovations, particularly in digital and programmatic spaces, to inform your planning.
• Lead full-cycle campaign planning, collaborating with client, strategy, and operations teams.
• Interpret campaign results and data to refine future strategies.
• Develop and track commercials, ensuring accurate financial management and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
• Present and lead discussions on media plans, offering innovative and out-of-scope media opportunities to clients.
• Mentor and support the team with training on digital media planning methods and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Digital media planning experience, with a strong understanding of digital and audience segmentation.
• Experience working in retail media or eCommerce is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and a drive for media innovation.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to bring clients on a strategic journey.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
