The Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will manage fee-based projects across Data & Insight, SEO, and Web Development teams. Working on diverse projects, from ad operations and tracking to SEO, CRM integration, CRO, and web development, you will ensure smooth project execution through meticulous planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Lead project kick-offs, take detailed briefs, and create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Resource Management: Coordinate team members, freelancers, and contractors, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, project documentation, and invoicing.
- Task Oversight: Use ClickUp to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across all deliverables and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
