Digital Project Manager - DxP | [London]

The Role
Join us in a period of transformation as we advance towards a digital- and customer-first strategy to create positive customer experiences and secure the future of our business. We're seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager with experience in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to lead our project delivery efforts. This role will coordinate the end-to-end execution of key projects, from inception through completion, while collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) project, overseeing the build and migration of websites with additional migrations planned.
  • Timely Project Delivery: Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while meeting anticipated benefits.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (BA, IT, UX/UI, Marketing) and external vendors to set project objectives and deliverables. Break down technical details for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Practices: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies, ensuring tasks and milestones are met.
  • Problem-Solving and Compliance: Address project risks and obstacles, and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Track KPIs, provide project updates, and report on project progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Training and Adoption: Partner with transformation and product teams to define business benefits and execute successful project rollouts, including training for end-users.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to maintain project continuity and on-time delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, Optimizely).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and basic technical tasks like scripting and code review.
