About the Role
Join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation to a digital- and customer-first approach. We are seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager with a track record in app development, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will drive the execution of critical projects from start to finish, aligning with our strategic goals for innovation, customer satisfaction, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead the delivery of app and membership projects for our Defence & Security portfolio, establishing project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure successful, on-budget project completion that meets the intended benefits, effectively managing resources and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams (e.g., BA, IT, QA, UX/UI, Sales, Content) and external partners, providing clear updates on project progress.
- Simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering alignment and accountability across teams.
Agile Practices & Partner Collaboration
- Lead agile ceremonies, including structured standups and sprint planning, to keep teams aligned on key objectives.
- Oversee partnerships for app development and integration, working closely with external partners and managing Microsoft Dynamics integrations while mitigating risks to meet project scope and timelines.
Transformation & Change Management
- Collaborate on change initiatives with the Head of Transformation, ensuring app adoption through effective training, rollout strategies, and operational handover post-launch.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex digital projects, ideally involving app development and system integrations.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or MS Project.
- Demonstrates an outcome-driven mindset with attention to adoption and stakeholder satisfaction beyond project deliverables.
- Skilled communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Leadership in cross-functional settings, ensuring accountability in sprint ceremonies and proactive risk management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
