£100k - £110k + Double OTE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive both new business and growth within existing accounts for a global leader in app testing and quality assurance. Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients, driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Build strategies to grow existing enterprise accounts and increase revenue.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop tailored business cases and execute go-to-market strategies for the company's offerings.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Guide and mentor Business Development Representatives to improve their sales strategies.
  • Utilise HubSpot and other tools to optimise sales processes and drive success.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in value-based selling and experience with MEDDPICC/MEDDICC frameworks.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, particularly when engaging with senior executives.
  • A strategic mindset, with a strong commercial focus and data-driven approach.
  • Experience in both acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Knowledge of selling to technical roles, such as Product and Engineering teams, is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
