Job Description:
Our client is a global media organization with a portfolio of iconic brands. Their award-winning content reaches millions of consumers worldwide across print, digital, and social platforms, with billions of monthly video views. This amazing business operates in multiple markets across the globe, including North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond, with local license partners in key regions.
The Role:
They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join the events team, which delivers special projects and events across a diverse range of brands. The Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the central events team with the organization and execution of events, while also handling administrative tasks and coordinating editorial content in print.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the events team in the production and organization of large-scale multi-brand events, as well as brand-led and consumer-facing events.
- Assist in researching and sourcing suppliers at competitive rates, as well as sourcing products for event goodie bags.
- Provide administrative support for events, including updating presentations, managing RSVPs for guest lists, creating guest-facing documents, compiling event briefings, and managing invoices and new suppliers.
- On event days, assist with guest list management and support the smooth operation of the event.
- Monitor editorial credits and ensure they are correctly applied.
- Coordinate editorial content for shopping pages in commercial special sections of print publications.
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, for the head of the team.
Who You Are:
- Prior experience in event coordination or supporting roles is preferred.
- Creative and solutions-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Location: Collaboration is key, and the team works together in the office three to four days a week. The office is centrally located
