Job Title: Senior CRM Strategist
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Reporting to: CRM Strategy Lead

A leading global company is seeking a Senior CRM Strategist to drive innovative engagement strategies and develop data-driven customer journeys. Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Journey Design:

    • Develop and visualise multi-channel CRM journeys with a deep understanding of channel roles, including paid social, web, and app experiences.

    • Design scalable, personalised journeys leveraging behavioural triggers and data segmentation for seamless implementation.

    • Identify customer pain points and use data-driven insights to optimise CRM frameworks.

    • Collaborate on data strategy recommendations and define CRM-related data needs.

    • Work closely with the CRM Strategy Lead to refine and enhance the overall Customer Engagement programme.

  • Performance Review & Insight Generation:

    • Analyse CRM campaign performance and extract key insights to drive future improvements.

    • Ensure clear learning opportunities are identified and applied to ongoing programme development.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong background in CRM strategy, customer engagement, or integrated communications planning.

  • Experience designing and optimising multi-channel CRM journeys, ideally with expertise in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Understanding of audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
