The Role
We're looking for a strategic and commercially savvy Global Client Partner to lead the digital media business for a major global brand. This high-impact role involves managing a team of 30+ specialists, building trusted client relationships, overseeing commercial performance, and driving innovation through strategic partnerships. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, multicultural environment, shaping global media strategy and ensuring excellence across operations and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the global digital media relationship with the client
Define strategy and bespoke digital solutions aligned to client goals
Manage commercial growth and account profitability
Inspire and lead a high-performing, cross-market team
Drive operational excellence and innovation through industry partnerships
Represent the agency through thought leadership and external engagements
Skills & Experience
Native English speaker, fluent in Dutch (ideally).
10+ years in digital media/marketing with leadership experience
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience leading large teams and managing global accounts
Deep understanding of digital media platforms and trends
Passionate about driving value for clients and making a positive impact
