About the Company
My client is an innovative AdTech company revolutionizing the way video content is delivered in digital advertising. With a new product rolling out, and Global PSL agreements in place with most of the top Hold Co agencies, they're looking for someone to join in a player/coach role to take their US business to the next level.
You must have extensive contacts in the Agency world, Video sales experience, and be a very hungry and driven sales leader. This is not a pure leadership role, but a player/coach role.
Position Overview
As Vice President of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in building and executing strategies to secure global trading agreements with major advertising holding companies. You'll lead the development of a comprehensive trading offering, manage high-level partnerships, and position the company as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Global Trading Agreements
- Negotiate and execute global trading agreements with top advertising holding companies.
- Build relationships with senior executives at global agency networks to drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to structure and manage deals aligned with financial goals.
- Track agreement performance to ensure financial and operational objectives are met.
- Trading Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement a global trading strategy, including media trading, to meet client and partner needs.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize trading platforms and processes.
- Define KPIs and measure the success of trading initiatives.
- Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Identify and secure new partnerships in media, technology, and data ecosystems.
- Represent the company at industry events, showcasing solutions and thought leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive shifts to expand into new markets.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and support team members to drive professional growth.
- Scale the team as needed to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales or business development within advertising or digital media.
- Proven success in securing and managing global trading agreements with advertising holding companies.
- Strong video sales expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability in digital advertising.
