Head of Customer Success - Healthcare DSP- $170,000 - $200,000 plus 20% bonus
The Company
Leading Healthcare Programmatic DSP within the Ad Tech industry for brands and agencies! They are working with all of the top healthcare agency's as well as brands directly! My client also has their own SSP and is a leader in the programmatic pharma space!
They are over 200 people globally with 55 people here in the US. They are looking for a new head of Customer Success to manage a team here in the US. You must have healthcare or Pharma experience from either an agency or Ad Tech for this opportunity!
The Job
- Managing a team of 3 - 4 Customer Success Managers as well as holding your own book of Enterprise level accounts
- Focus on customer retention and growth across all clients the team supports
- Optimise customer on boarding and engagement overseeing the development of customer on boarding processes
- continue to up skill and develop your team within the business as it grows
- This role is Hybrid 3 days a week in New Jersey
You
- at least 10 years leadership experience within customer success or account management from an agency or ad tech focusing on the healthcare space
- proven experience managing and leading teams
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and Verbal
- Strategic thinker with a data driven mindset focusing on optimising processes
- The Ambition to grow and lead a skilled Customer Success Team
