Salary: £100,000 + OTE
Location: London (hybrid)
A fast-growing SaaS company is on the lookout for a strategic, results-driven Head of Partnerships to help accelerate their global commercial partnership initiatives. This exciting role is all about defining and executing the partnership strategy that will fuel customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
As Head of Partnerships, you'll take ownership of the global partnership strategy, working closely with leadership to develop initiatives that drive success across multiple regions. You'll be integral in growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximise the impact of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global partnership strategy, closely aligned with the company's broader business goals
- Drive commercial results through partners and be accountable for partner-driven growth metrics
- Work with Go-To-Market teams to ensure a high standard of execution across partner initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and grow partnerships, focusing on co-selling and co-marketing strategies
- Educate internal sales and customer success teams on partnerships to maximise revenue potential
- Foster and maintain high-level relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
- Track and optimise partner performance, ensuring that key metrics are met
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within SaaS or CX Tech
- Proven success in building and scaling partner programs that drive significant revenue and customer acquisition
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute long-term partnership strategies
- Data-driven mindset to analyse and optimise partner performance
- Proactive problem solver, always seeking opportunities for improvement
