SDR Team Manager
up to £70,000 + OTE
London (hybrid working)

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Team Manager to lead, mentor, and support a team of SDRs in driving pipeline growth and hitting targets. You will play a key part in ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed, all while fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing SDR team to achieve pipeline growth and exceed targets.
  • Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and best practices to ensure the team works efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and manage a strong business pipeline, working with the SDR team to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for the sales team to close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance, tracking key metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion rates, and revenue, providing ongoing feedback to drive improvement.
  • Coach and develop the team, conducting regular performance reviews and offering guidance to ensure continuous growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence to ensure the team remains ahead of the curve.

What's Needed:

  • A natural leader with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
  • A proven track record in sales development, with 3-5 years of experience leading teams and a solid understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Solution selling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive results.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data analysis to make informed decisions.
