Influencer Marketing Manager

My client are looking for a creative, connected, and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow a mission-driven brand in the Netherlands. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead influencer marketing in the Netherlands - from strategy to execution.
• Build powerful relationships with creators and agencies that align with the brand's values.
• Source, pitch, and negotiate authentic, long-term partnerships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns that grow awareness and engagement in the Dutch market.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance - making every campaign smarter than the last.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to amplify brand campaigns through influencer activations.
• Stay on top of social trends, competitor moves, and industry shifts - bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage translations and local assets - from influencer briefs to website banners - ensuring the brand speaks fluently to the Dutch audience.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, ideally with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
• A strong understanding of the Dutch social media landscape - you know who's trending and what's working.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and campaign management.
• Experience with analytics tools to track KPIs, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
• A creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines - while staying organized and on top of it all.
• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (German or French is a plus).
• Based in Berlin or nearby - ready to work on-site in our Kreuzberg HQ.
