Insights Manager - Media Agency - London - 12 month FTC

We're partnered with an award winning, global network media agency who are investing into building out their insights function. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Insights Director to deliver actionable insights and drive business decision making for key clients.

• Play a lead role on all things quantitative research and insights for a global automotive client

The Role:

• Proven experience in developing and executing strategies aligned with client objectives.

• Comfortable working with multinational businesses and coordinating with local markets; international media agency experience is a plus but not required.

• Proficient in quantitative research and analysis techniques.

• Skilled at extracting insights from large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing cross-referenced conclusions using both data-driven and intuitive methods.

• Stay updated on Insight and Research developments; recommend new techniques for our work.
• Be proactive and curious; independently develop new skills and collaborate with the team.

You:

• Engaged, inquisitive, and open-minded approach to research and analysis

• Ability to analyse research and present insightful, compelling findings

• Strong rapport-building skills with internal and external partners

• Effective written and verbal communication, with attention to detail

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
