As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Media Strategist to join our team remotely and contribute to the development and execution of impactful media strategies.

Job Overview:

As a Junior Media Strategist, you will be an integral part of our media team, assisting in the development of media plans, conducting research, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. You will work closely with senior strategists and clients to deliver creative and effective media solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning: Assist in developing comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand audience behavior and industry trends. Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Campaign Execution: Help coordinate the execution of media campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to internal teams and clients, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure media strategies align with client objectives.
  • Client Communication: Provide support in client meetings, presenting media recommendations, and answering client queries regarding campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related roles (internships and freelance work are acceptable).
  • Skills:
    • Basic understanding of media planning and buying (digital and traditional).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
