Organic Growth Marketing Manager

My client, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up is delighted to be recruiting an Organic Growth Marketing Manager. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end launch process for Growth, from strategic planning to operational execution, ensuring a successful market entry and sustainable growth. Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful initiatives and establish the brand as a leader in the industry across France, Spain and other new geographies.

Location: Italy, Spain, France (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the country launch process on the 'Growth' side of the business, ensuring seamless coordination across all functional areas (SEO, SEM, CRM Product, Tech, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with central teams and stakeholders to address operational needs, align strategies, and leverage resources effectively. E.g., coordinate with operations team to forecast number of TPs hires required for marketplace
• Drive the implementation of strategic as well as operational initiatives to accelerate market penetration, such as localized marketing campaigns, partnership programs, and product localization efforts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate market hypotheses, optimize customer acquisition channels, and enhance the overall launch strategy across channels, pricing, landing experiences, and more
• Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to track key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
• Work closely with the CMO and international teams to define budgets, targets, and resource allocation strategies aligned with market objectives and growth projections.
• Working with the central data team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution methodologies are in place to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements:

• Fluent English required
• Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth roles, or related fields, ideally with a track record of successfully launching and scaling new markets or products.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management consulting capacity or similar, with a demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems, develop strategic recommendations, and drive implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for market research, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Ideally, you have experience in SEO and have also expanded into other areas like Digital PR or App Store Optimization (ASO).
• App Store Experience is a plus.
