Job Description:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). You will play a key role in driving client success by leveraging your expertise in digital advertising to generate measurable results. Your ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate with clients and internal teams will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies for clients across various digital channels, including but not limited to search, display, social, and video ads.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to target key segments and increase campaign relevance and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other team members to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within allocated spend while meeting KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid media landscape.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, offering clear explanations and recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Assist with campaign forecasting and projections based on historical data and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with other platforms such as TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or programmatic media buying.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
