The Job


The role of the Senior Paid Media Manager is an important role in the agency.

Your day to day will include:

  1. Collaboration with clients to understand digital needs and priorities, working with leadership to establish performance and commercial strategies.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers forpaid media execution and industry updates while ensuring campaign performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  3. Manage budgets in line with the strategy and maintain monthly spending targets.
  4. Organise and oversee multiple clients and campaigns, providing clear briefs for on-time and on-target delivery.
  5. Foster media supplier relationships, explore technology and automation, develop training plans, and participate in new business opportunities to enhance capabilities and quality.


You


For the role of Senior Paid Media Manager, this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:

  1. 3+ years of managing paid media accounts, specialising in achieving client objectives in direct response or performance marketing.
  2. Valuable experience in PMax and Shopping campaigns.
  3. Proficiency in crafting comprehensive media strategies across diverse digital channels.
  4. Skilled in preparing and delivering client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  5. Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling, complemented by competence in optimizing various media campaigns, including PPC, Paid Social, Display, and Video. Additionally, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset for account growth, business acquisition, and identifying opportunities, along with familiarity with Adserver Tracking systems and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
