Paid Social Ads Specialist

One of the most successful independent and owner-managed agencies in Berlin is delighted to be recruiting a Paid Social Ads Specialist/Expert (German & English Speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop social media in collaboration with your team lead and the account managers
• You develop holistic social media campaign strategies and projects for existing and new customers in the B2B & B2C sector
• You are jointly responsible for strategy development, competitor analysis and success projections
• and its derivation for the channels: Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Pinterest,
• You plan social media advertising campaigns for these channels, implement them operationally and continuously optimise them according to the customer's relevant KPIs and goals.
• You work out budget recommendations and forecasts in close coordination with your team lead
• You have sufficient experience in successfully implementing customer goals in social media advertising
• You create presentations, reports and analyses
• You support the New Business Team with new customer inquiries, tenders and pitches
• You are an AI prompts enthusiast and are continually building your knowledge of users, markets and the technical
• Continuous market, competition and trend monitoring as well as driving innovations
• Convincing and effective communication with various stakeholders (internal and external).
• Campaign and market development are no obstacle for you

Requirements:

▪ Completed studies in communication/media sciences or a comparable subject (e.g.

Social media, community management, online marketing).

▪ At least 3 years of experience in social media, especially paid social, preferably in an agency environment.

▪ Familiar with content marketing efforts.

▪ Routine in using social media tools and the ad and business managers from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn

▪ Experience in 3rd party tracking tools, especially Google Analytics

▪ Resilient under high workloads, able to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallel.

▪ Excellent written and spoken German skills as well as business fluent English skills.
