The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you will take ownership of paid social strategy, execution, and optimisation across key client accounts. You'll be responsible for developing best-in-class paid social campaigns, leveraging data insights and creative testing to drive performance. This role requires a hands-on expert with a deep understanding of social media platforms, ad technologies, and performance marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously test, analyse, and refine campaign elements, including audience segmentation, creative, and bidding strategies, to maximise ROI.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools and platform insights to measure performance, uncover trends, and inform strategic recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, media planners, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of paid social into broader media strategies.

  • Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and new advertising technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in paid social campaigns.

  • Budget & Forecasting: Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation and accurate forecasting.

You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising, ideally within an agency or performance-driven environment.

  • Are highly proficient in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant social platforms.

  • Possess a strong analytical mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or platform-specific dashboards.

  • Have a track record of delivering measurable performance improvements through data-driven optimisations.

  • Are experienced in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are consistently met.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social commerce, and audience targeting strategies.
