BEAUTY - YOU MUST HAVE WORKED PREVIOUSLY ON BEAUTY ACCOUNTS.

As the Paid Social Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok
• Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights
• Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation
• Write compelling ad copy with strong hooks and CTAs
• Collaborate closely on creative strategy-you'll need a strong creative eye and an understanding of what resonates visually and emotionally with audiences

• 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience
• Comfortable managing Meta and/or TikTok ad accounts
• Confident & Innovative: You bring ideas to the table and love collaborating with clients
• Self-Motivated & Ambitious: You take initiative and are always looking to improve
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• A strong communicator and natural relationship builder
