Partner Success Manager - Digital Media & Ad Tech - up to £60,000 (DOE)

The Job
- Support platform partnership strategy by providing actionable commercial insights and performance analysis
- Translate reporting and research into client-facing insights to drive partner growth
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions across platform accounts
- Design and implement a framework to measure partner performance and influence operational priorities
- Project manage new partner onboarding and integrations, collaborating with product, engineering, and technical teams
- Coordinate interventions and optimisations to drive revenue growth or mitigate risk
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, RevOps, Technical Account Management, and Marketing to align business objectives
- Communicate insights, revenue updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
You
- Experience managing SSP or DSP partner relationships within digital advertising or ad tech
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and ad tech platforms including Prebid, RTB, exchanges, and auction mechanics
- Highly analytical, data-driven approach with strong experience in dashboarding and KPI measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Energetic, proactive, and highly organised, with a track record of building strong, trusted relationships
