Pre-Sales Specialist - SaaS Advertising Solutions
Milan (Hybrid) | €70,000 + uncapped OTE

A leading global provider of Advertising Resource Management (ARM) Software is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background to play a key role in supporting sales, customer success, and product teams throughout the sales life-cycle.

About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be the key technical expert in the sales process, working alongside internal teams to assess client environments, craft tailored solutions, and support complex prospect engagements. You'll help close new deals by delivering impactful presentations, conducting financial analyses, and providing expert pre-sales support to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless transition through the sales process.
  • Conduct assessments of the client's media and financial setup, focusing on ROI, media spend efficiency, and KPI tracking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft custom solutions that address technical and financial objectives, maximising client value.
  • Present proposed solutions, highlighting cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with the client's operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Lead client-specific workshops and product demos, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or product-related role, with a focus on technical solutions and financial analysis.
  • Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyse financial data to build solid business cases.
  • Experience with AdTech platforms and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear client narratives.
  • A strategic mindset and a strong sales orientation to support successful deal closures.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on creating visually impactful presentations.
