Programmatic Account Manager - Ad Tech Start-Up - $85,000 base + Bonus

About the Company
We are a leading provider of data-driven marketing solutions, delivering unique consumer insights to a network of over 3 million publishers. Our innovative tools empower brands and agencies to tap into powerful data and engagement metrics, helping them make informed decisions and maximize impact.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of programmatic accounts, including agencies, brands, DSPs, trading desks, and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and identifying growth opportunities.
- Offer technical support to programmatic traders, addressing campaign specifications, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution.
- Leverage internal social insights tools to inform and optimize programmatic campaign strategies.
- Analyze account revenue trends and develop strategies for upselling.
- Collaborate effectively with Programmatic Account Executives to manage both new and existing business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programmatic account management.
- Solid understanding of the adtech ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, or data client integrations and implementations.
