One of the leading media companies in the world is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to join them in one of their German offices. You can work from either the Düsseldorf, Hamburg or Frankfurt offices for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Master Media and buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges
- Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and
- optimization strategies to exceed client expectations
- Independently drive highly analytical and quantitatively driven techniques to continually exceed client performance expectations
- Set campaign "strategies", e.g. targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, downstream client funnel optimization
- Hands-on execution and management of day-to-day performance of client campaigns
- Mine campaign, ad server, impression, and user data to identify and capitalize on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth
- Work with the Product team to enhance the utility of existing trading-related technologies and define future industry-leading capabilities
Work closely with agency account teams and brand clients to develop best-in-class solutions - Translates client goals and KPI's to platform activation strategies/tactics
- Develop and implement all media mix logistics, definitions, processes at client-level
- Demonstrate leadership through influence with Agency and Programmatic Solutions
- Own a deep Technical understanding of planning, activation &
- measurement tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in national or international (digital) media planning and/or account management (comprehensive digital experience required in the areas of video, display, mobile, search or social).
- You're no stranger to ad serving tools like DCM or web analytics tools like Google Analytics. You are also well versed in the digital marketer landscape.
- You are a real organizational talent and love to work in a structured and independent manner and have a self-confident, representative appearance towards our customers.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English & German (oral & written)
