Our client is a leading player in the retail sector, known for its innovative approach to e-commerce and customer experience. As they continue to grow and enhance their digital platforms, they are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience in Bloomreach integrations to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
Sphere are looking for a talented Project Manager with proven expertise in managing Bloomreach integrations for retail businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Bloomreach's personalized search, merchandising, and digital experience solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Bloomreach integration projects for the retail client, ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications and business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, marketing, e-commerce, and business development) to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee the project budget, monitor costs, and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Integration Management: Work closely with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration of Bloomreach solutions with existing systems (e-commerce platforms, CRM, etc.).
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues early, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or setbacks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically managing Bloomreach integrations and similar digital transformation projects in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Bloomreach platform functionalities, such as personalized search and customer experience solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Retail/E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and customer-centric solutions.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with other digital experience platforms or similar CMS and e-commerce technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
