This is a relatively junior- mid weight role… essentially a project coordination role within a content environment. I'd be super grateful if you could think of anyone who might be interested (I appreciate it is likely to be too junior for you personally, but I know good PMs often manage good juniors!)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to manage content delivery, ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, and maintain consistent communication across stakeholders. You will help drive the success of our programming initiatives by ensuring that content meets the requirements for each campaign and is delivered on time and in compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Content Partnerships team to define and manage requirements for campaign programming.
- Oversee the delivery of content programming across multiple markets for each campaign.
- Coordinate the request and tracking of partner assets for in-app content updates.
- Manage programming tools and ensure timely delivery for each campaign.
- Monitor product adoption and troubleshoot any content programming issues that arise.
- Refresh and update content throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Liaise with the Creator Programs team to implement authorized incentive programming for creator-driven campaigns.
- Oversee copywriting translations and manage the quality assurance process.
- Submit requests for automation and updates to the Product team, ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and provide regular updates on programming progress.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a technical or content-related role.
- Experience in content delivery, project management, or stakeholder coordination is a plus.
- A genuine passion for film, television, and digital content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Fluency in at least one additional language from the following: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
