Retail Media Customer Success Manager - Marketing Tech - $85,000-100,000 base + Bonus and Stock


Location: NYC, Chicago, San Francisco

About our client:

We are a leading provider of digital marketing software, seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. The CSM will manage client relationships, ensuring they maximize the value of our retail media platform to enhance campaign performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Retail Media, Digital Advertising, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven, consultative approach to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to optimize their retail media marketing programs on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Google, Criteo, and others.
  • Onboard and train clients to effectively use our platform for day-to-day campaign management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Continuously share actionable recommendations to help clients improve performance and adopt new platform features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to drive platform innovation and meet market needs.
  • Support senior team members in fostering client retention and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Success in This Role Includes:

  • Driving adoption of new platform features and delivering year-over-year growth for client accounts.
  • Providing actionable, data-driven marketing recommendations during regular client engagements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Helping to grow clients' investment and confidence in the platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, client services, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience running retail advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Criteo.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets to derive insights.
  • Experience with retail marketing platforms (such as ours) is preferred, along with familiarity with agency environments.
  • Strong empathy for clients, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent project management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
